For standard general pest treatments (cockroaches, spiders, ants), you usually do not need to leave the property, though we recommend stepping outside or staying in an untreated room while wet sprays are being applied indoors. For specialized treatments, such as intensive flea or heavy German cockroach eradication, we may ask you to vacate for 2 to 4 hours to let the product settle safely.

To help us deliver the most thorough treatment possible, we recommend a few simple steps:

• Clear items away from internal skirting boards and external perimeter walls.

• Cover or store away open food, cooking utensils, and pet water/food bowls.

• Ensure gates and side access paths are unlocked so we can inspect and treat external perimeters.

• Keep pets secured in a safe room or area while the spray is being applied.

You will often see immediate results, but total elimination can take between 7 to 14 days depending on the severity of the infestation. It is normal to notice a temporary spike in pest activity over the first 48 hours as our active formulations flush hidden pests out of their harborage areas and nests.

Most of our standard residential packages include a 3 to 6-month service warranty (with up to 12 months for specific pest packages).
